A Post Round-up of The Art Meso International Art and Fashion Exhibition

As we have written plenty of times before, Dawnamatrix latex and New York City, what a perfect fit! Considering that Manhattan is one of the premier fashion cities in the world and given the fact that one will find probably the widest and wildest variety of couture on this particular island, where else would latex couture be more welcome? Within a month, a nation of cosplayers will descend on the city for its 2022 Comic Con convention, and who knows how many regular alt. fashion and fantasy/fetish wardrobe get togethers are held in The Big Apple at any one time? And to visit the fantastic seemingly middle-of-the-universe that Times Square is in summer, really things couldn’t have been better for our trip up at the end of this past July.

As we posted a few blogs ago (see here and here), we were invited to show our wares at the Art Meso International Art and Fashion Exhibition, held at La Genèse, hosted by partner Chashama, at a space in Times Square. This new article in Gotham Magazine includes some stellar pictures from the event (our own picture from the event, with me dead center, tops this blog) and a wonderful write up.

As the Gotham piece reveals, Art Meso partnered with the Civilian Hotel for the exciting Pre-Celebration filled with Art, Fashion, and Culinary Arts (=fantastic food!). Celebrity Chef Carlos Brown provided a 4-course tasting, Taryn Delanie Smith, Miss New York 2022, and the Creator of Art Meso, Jennifer Sutton, welcomed guests into the sumptuous party. The exhibition featured designers and artists from Spain, the Republic of Moldova, Istanbul, Atlanta, and New York, to name a few, of which, we were thrilled to be among these special guests.

As we’ve previously stated, the exhibition benefited the non-profit organization, Saprea and we couldn’t have been happier to lend out talents to such a great cause and such a great celebration.

Ah, NYC in summer….
