We attended the VFW2016 for the first time this year, showing off our designs during the fashion show on Saturday night at the Fantasy Fetish Ball held at Club 560. With main stage performances by Masuimi Max, Cervena Fox, Val Vampyr and Brent Ray Fraser, and such an enthusiastic crowd, we can’t think of a better way to have showcased our newest laser cut latex designs.
We also go to meet fellow latex designers from Pandora Deluxe, which was a real treat as we’ve loved designer Magdelena’s creations from that house for a very long time now. As usually at these runway events and alternative fashion showcases, we have almost always found such warm feelings and complete support and such was the case with all the people at Pandora Deluxe.
Our models for the fashion show were Kerri Taylor, Evilyn 13, Lacy Black, Jordan, Levi, Sly Foxx, Chadlee Walters, Lizbit, Holy Scar, Curtis, Audrey Hipturn, and Ron Wear. With makeup expertly executed by Jennifer Little, and hair by Rianne Keel.

While Vancouver has a vibrant local fetish community, they are expanding each year to create an international sensation with this event. The organizer at VFW said: “This festival has been growing like blazes and this year everyone was talking about how it really felt like it had stepped up big time to a whole new international level”. We certainly saw that cross section of people in the nearly 500 who were at the fashion show Saturday night.
