Seattle Fashion Week Designer Expose

image1During all the haute couture fashion experiences happening at Seattle Fashion Week, the Friday night Designer Exposé will prove to be one of the events surely attendees can’t miss. This exclusive one-day event, happening next week on 3/11, will bring fashionistas up close and personal with the score of designers presenting during the runway shows. As a DJ spins, new friends and fans will be made and met as models reveal specific exquisite pieces, which along with other designer goodies, will be available to purchase on the spot. Complimentary drinks and appetizers will be served during this unique shopping opportunity.

Certainly a way for Seattle Fashion Week to support, celebrate, and showcase the tremendous work their designers put in for their spring show collection pieces, this free public event welcomes a very casual exchange of interest and retail. Cameras are encouraged, as is a talking with designers as much as truly looking over their couture fashion. Attending a fashion show, one doesn’t usually get the chance to get so close to the clothes, let alone talk with the designer who made them, or even get to buy what they see right at the moment. This Designer Exposé is unique in this way as it encourages a real connection between designer and fashionista, fan and just the curious.

The Seattle Fashion Week (running presently) is the annual and ultimate fashion exhibition of Pacific Northwest designers. The show includes production-ready as well as custom made clothing and accessories. Having recently moved to the area, we can say with no fear of contradiction, fashion is alive and well ‘up here’; truly Dawnamatrix is thrilled to be part of such a creative and supportive community and they will be out in force for the SFW as well as at the Designer Exposé.

Space is limited for the Designer Exposé and though free attendees must RVSP through Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/seattle-fashion-week-designer-expose-tickets-22294751201
Dress code is business casual.
