Latex Round Up: Saweetie, Anitta, And The End Of Paris Fashion Week

Once again, we come to another blog where we grab a bunch of latex couture sightings that happened in the past week or so from around the world.

Larissa de Macedo Machado, professionally known as Anitta, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress. She is also in the latest cover lady on Cosmopolitan UK. While Anitta wears a stunning strapless metallic bodysuit on the cover, in her full cover interview inside the magazine, we see the lady in a few other outfits, one of which is a head-to-toe latex wardrobe. The black liquid latex outfit consists of a cowl-neck top, gloved sleeves, and a long tight skirt featuring drastic runching.

Well, acquainted with latex couture another famous Brazilian lady, presenter Sabrina Sato, took her Valentine’s Day celebration (and beyond) to fiery red excitement. Once again appearing in an ad and video for Beefeater Brazil she combined a pencil skirt and top with an asymmetrical ruffled collar. The striking all-red outfit included a halter, and belt.

Posting on her Instagram to publicize her new single “Richtivities,” rapper Saweetie revealed her killer curves in a fire-red latex gown. Channeling a sure Jessica Rabbit vibe, the dress had an underwire bust, shoulder straps, and a dangerously high slit in the skirt.

Lastly, and rounding out our light touch across Paris Fashion Week news, Parisian latex designer Avellano, showcased their AW24 Ready-to-wear Autumn-Winter 2024 collection. From loose-fit shirts and pants to a black blazer jacket, they showcased latex colors such as blacks, whites, and greens, and this year revealed their outerwear partnering with the European part of American company Schott. This collaboration features bomber and puffer jackets. Outerwear like this in latex makes for truly stunning pieces.

Ending their runway presentation was Noah Cyrus, featured recently in various outlets for the designer. Here she wore a gown of white thin latex with a long train.
