As this video shows, Prada’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection is not just bursting with wonderful wardrobe pieces for the colder months, but Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons have enlisted some heavy-weight personalities to show off their clothes. Swishing down the runway here in silk, leather, and stunning winter-themed haute couture are renowned Hollywood guys like Filippo Scotti, Kyle MacLachlan, and Jeff Goldblum, who completes the runway show as only he can.
Who says country stars can’t enjoy a little latex from time to time? Sure, rhinestones, Stetson hats, cowboy boots, and the ubiquitous “Nudie Suit” are country music wardrobe tropes, but it seems Kacey Musgraves had a desire for that textile we all love so much. During the lady’s opening night of her Star-Crossed: Unveiled Tour, she stepped out on stage at one stage in a curve-hugging navy-colored low-cut, latex jumpsuit.
In what is being called “W.A.P.” part two, the new LICK video from Shenseea, featuring Megan Thee Stallion, offers a startling visual for a tune from Shenseea’s debut release Alpha. The costuming here, the way the ladies play with and atop ice cream cone imagery, and yes, the complete naughtiness of the clip (and its lyrical subject matter) cannot be ignored.
In more music news, from a female artist who courted plenty of controversy with her image, music, and videos and arguably paved the way for ladies like Shenseea and Megan Thee Stallion, Madonna took to Instagram Stories to ask a question and show a picture. Taking a poll of her fans, Madge asked, “Ready for a Remix Revolution?” referring to an upcoming remix of her tunes called Re-M-ix Revolution. Along with the question, Madonna posted a picture of herself wearing a fishnet top, showing a black leather bra underneath, accessorizing with a denim jacket and red leather shorts.
