Getting Your Latex Strut On In 2026

Be it a concert, a latex runway, or just a quick get together with friends, there is no arguing that COVID took the wind out of our socializing sails for quite a few years. And while things have been coming back in all quarters (somewhat) we will always feel the effects, good or bad from the pandemic. This is why we champion any alternative party, fetish fashion show or even a munch between friends sporting their latest cosplay looks.

Here is a brief rundown of some events coming up, where you can surely step out and flash your latex couture, as well as some skin, meet like-minded friends and fans and generally strut your stuff.

Founders of the infamous UK get together “Le Boutique Bazaar,” sadly no longer in existence, have partnered with a few other organizers to bring The Sunday Slick to London town. Starting May 10th, the organizers here claim this will be a new type of event, part munch/part social/part market and surely, all party!

In the same city, the London Alternative Market or LAM, that city’s first community-supporting market project, is also held on a Sunday, the first Sunday of every month to be exact. A place for all kinds of fun dressing, the LAM looks to provide an environment that is “accepting and welcoming of all kinks and individuals.”

No dress code here, although alt. couture is encouraged.

At the beginning of May, you surely can get out your latex capes and darkest hues of our favorite textile and attend the Vampire Ball, Saturday,May 2nd, 2026 at the historic Fremont Country Club, in Las Vegas.

The BLUF event, focusing on men and leather, also happens at the beginning of May…in Rome. And looking further into next month (the 22nd), the Leather & Lace Fashion Show kicks off in Brooklyn, NY, as well as the Latex Ball, in NYC, happening 8/22/2026. And jumping to October round Munich way, Avantgardista arrives. This “creative space for unusual fashion, diversity, and lived otherness,” as their site claims, has been in existence since 2017. Yes, lots of latex dressing-up here, to be sure!

And this is only the tip of the old latex iceberg of where you can be see and be scene in your latex finery. Get out, have fun, be safe and show your wares.
