Teyana Taylor Sits, Dua Lipa Swims, Sukeban in The New York Times And Love Island Continues To Bring The Latex Love

Teyana Sits Slow

Never one to miss a chance at wearing something interesting (to say the least) Teyana Taylor had to execute a slow descent to her seat at Paris Fashion Week, this past week. Wearing a brown leather crocodile-skin-like armor corseted top, waist piece, and hip-hugging floor-length fringe skirt paired with matching sculptural headpiece, she attended the Ashi Studio Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2027 runway show. This video from Vanity Fair shows the 35-year-old star and her couture walking/sitting difficulties.

But man, she looks great!

Dua Lipa Swims In Latex

Dua Lipa shared some pictures across her social media of her recent European vacation. In a couple we see the pop star wearing a shiny black latex swimsuit, with high cut legs, and a V-neckline sporting black lace trim along the edges. As we made mention here, latex swimsuits and wearing latex outfits in the summer or any warmer times should take some forethought.

Dua Lipa seems to have thought-out her look for the sun perfectly.

More Sukeban in New York

We just received this link to a New York Times article about that recent Sukeban wrestling event that happened last month in NYC, which we told you about here.

As it is with anything we might be involved in (providing latex outfits and accessories for the lady wrestlers in this case) even if it’s in the smallest way, we love the attention our collaborators/friends/fellow designers/clients get.

Love Island Loves Latex

There is a turquoise-colored latex sheath dress that has been well featured on contestants joining in on the UK reality series “Love Island.” The Versace created garment first showed up worn by Tanyel Revan three years ago when she appeared on the show. Then a bunch of celebs were seen in the “medusa” sheath— Joey King, Hailey Bieber, Kate Beckinsale, to name a few. And it just made another appearance on “Love Island,” worn by the show’s thirteenth contestant, Mica Harris.

The dress is now part of what is called a “pre-loved” collaboration with the online shopping/auction site, eBay UK, showcasing second-hand clothing.
