ORDERING:
Please note, Dawnamatrix Designs does not carry an inventory. All items featured on this web site are produced on a made to order basis. Turnaround time is calculated on a 4 week production cycle plus shipping time. Faster delivery may be possible, depending on the availability of resources, and is subject to a 25% service fee.

SALES TAX & CUSTOMS:
Orders shipped to customers in the U.S. are subject to sales tax according to state. Dawnamatrix Designs is not responsible for customs and/or duty charges on international orders, nor for any additional charges levied by shipping carriers.

PAYMENT:
All orders placed through this web site are processed by PayPal and Authorize.net and subject to their terms and conditions.

SHIPPING ERRORS/DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event of a shipping error (received wrong item/color), please notify Dawnamatrix Designs immediately via email. The incorrectly shipped item must be returned to Dawnamatrix Designs in new and unused condition. The correct item will be shipped upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item, and you will be credited for your shipping expenses. In the event of goods damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to make an insurance claim.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Dawnamatrix Designs will accept the exchange of merchandise from its clients within 30 days of the shipping date. Clients must notify Dawnamatrix Designs in writing, via email, of their intention to exchange merchandise before returning any items. Clients are responsible for paying the difference in value when exchanging for items of greater value. Clients will receive store credit when exchanging for items of lesser value. Shipping expenses will not be credited for product exchanges. Exchanged merchandise must be in new and unused condition with tags intact, and must not have been washed or contain any traces of lube, polish or shining agents. Dawnamatrix Designs reserves the sole right to determine whether an item is in new and unused condition. Items that are determined not to be in new and unused condition will be returned to the client at their expense and the exchange will not be honored. Commissioned designs and custom fitted items are not eligible for exchange.
