Got To Go To, Immersive van Gogh

Created by Italian digital artist Massimiliano Siccardi, Immersive van Gogh employees 60,600 frames of video, 90,000,000 pixels, and 500,000 cubic feet of projections. Attendees enjoy an hour of projections and digital installations of iconic works like Starry Night, Sunflowers, and The Bedroom. The digital animations included feature original songs by Italian composer Luca Longobardi. and VIP ticket holders can experience an additional ten-minute virtual reality section of the exhibition, what is being called ‘a day in van Gogh’s life.’

Bauhaus at 100

The word Bauhaus, an inversion of the German term hausbau, translates to, “building house.” The movement’s ethos of “truth to materials” presses that all material should be used in its most “honest form” form, its nature never changed. Certainly striving to be honest in all the alternative couture we create, the Bauhaus ideals are not lost on us.
