First Fashion Round Up For 2026: Milan, Actor Award Dress Code, Jenner Bikini Latex & Recognizing Valentino Garavani

For this first 2026 fashion news round-up, we once again feature Kylie in some latex, a new dress code for this year’s Actor Awards, and trends from the current Milan Fashion Week. We also bid farewell to Valentino Garavani.

Kylie Again

The just-released ‘mockumentary’ The Moment is a fictionalized rollout of singer Charli XCX’s Brat tour. Featuring actors like Alexander Skarsgård and Rachel Sennott, the film also features Kylie Jenner in her debut. Advertising that tickets for the film were on sale as of January 30th, Kylie and Charli took to Instagram wearing matching bikinis. Kylie’s was wearing a latex bikini— a triangle bikini top, and matching bottoms cut high on her hips—Charli was in a string bikini.

The Actor Awards

Styling plucked right out of the 1980’s, bold colors, striped pajama sets, and a sure prep-school trend dominated the looks seen on models walking for houses such as Versace, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, and more.

Saying goodbye to Valentino Garavani

Lastly, but surely not least in importance, on the roll out of the above Milan Fashion Week, the jet-set Italian fashion designer Valentino Garavani died this week. Dressing such notable ladies as Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Diana, Princess of Wales, Queen Rania, Valentino (the single name he was most known by) famously said, “I know what women want. They want to be beautiful.”

His signature orange-tinged red, bows, ruffles, and lace were just some of the trademarks of this fashion industry giant.  Valentino was 93
