In this article expounding on the costumes: Luke Evans looks ripped in fishnets for star-studded Rocky Horror revival, and this Instagram account we learn the names of the talented folks behind this new version of the show, and can view some of the updated, and still so sexy, costumes. There are plunging necklines, hard goth lines, fishnets and some sure skin seen over by the show’s masters in their craft, including Matt Benns working hair, makeup done by Sterling Tull, manicurist Yukie Miyakawa on board with, the all-important for costuming specifically, Lucy Falck tailor.
And it all comes off under the set design of Viki Rutsch.
The actors for this time around include, the aforementioned Evans, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as Columbia, Juliette Lewis and Amber Gray, as Magenta and Riff Raff respectively. Stephanie Hsu plays Janet. Rachel Dratch is the narrator. Andrew Durand is Brad, Harvery Guillen works the dual roles of Eddie and Dr. Scott. And as you see from the pictures, Josh Rivera shows off quite a bit of himself in his sleeveless white one piece as Rocky (as any good hunk should).
Currently in previews, The Rocky Horror Show on Broadway opens at Studio 54. April 23rd. Don’t dream there, be there.
