While in the US, the big news was Trump’s second Presidential inauguration (and for the fashionable, Melania’s eye-catching/obscuring Eric Javits boater), some fun latex couture was spotted just recently that had nothing to do with US politics.
Heidi Montag became known to the public after being cast in MTV’s The Hills reality series. Subsequently releasing her debut album Superficial, 2010 a song from it, “I’ll Do It,” has seemingly gone viral in the wake of the LA fires. Montag has a new video for this song, which she recorded some months ago to celebrate the album’s 15th anniversary.
And in it, yes, she is wearing some stunning latex in the video.
Starting in an office setting, attractive employees sitting at an array of desks, a male worker looks into his phone to see Montag singing atop a desk wearing a silver Birkin-inspired dress. She soon joins the crew in the office, everybody wearing various revealing office attire by this time dancing around Montag as she hints to us all about being a “hot nurse.” It’s at the video’s 1:40 mark that we see her in the middle of her dancers, atop a platform wearing a red latex trench, a nurse hat on her head, with some of her dancers accessorizing with matching red latex gloves.
The director of the clip Vlad Klimchuk also posted behind-the-scenes pics of the video.
Also, we had diva star Malaika Arora stepping out in a specific latex piece last week, wrapped in our favorite textile in quite a unique, and notable, way. Showing off just the right amount of her fantastic side curves the Indian actress/dancer/model and producer (to name just a few of the jobs she does), draped herself in a stunning black latex saree. Creating a perfect cape-like style that looked bold and new in the fashion world.
As all latex lovers know, there is much more to life than politics.
