From the sexy and short wedding dress Madonna wore during her 1984 “Like a Virgin” performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, Elvis Presley’s white and glittery “Aloha from Hawaii” jumpsuit, or Lady Gaga channeling Queen Elizabeth wearing red latex Victorian style when performing at the Royal Variety Show, the world has been treated to some fantastic stage costumes.
And then there are just the fantastic alternate fashion pieces we see modern music stars wear on album covers, or in the case of Cardi B, the all-latex ensemble she’s sporting on her Little Miss Drama Tour announcement. On the online post‘ poster’ and its behind-the-scenes Instagram post, the 33-year-old singer is posed in a fully pale pink latex wardrobe of leggings, high-waisted panty, latex opera gloves, crop top, thigh-high boots, and choker.
As always, Cardi B does not disappoint when it comes to the latex she wears.
In another post, titled Cardi B. Little Miss Darma Tour Outfits, Cardi can be seen sitting up with one arm raised (yes, in the same latex outfit and on the same pink satin set) asking fans to DM her with photos of their outfits “for a chance to be featured.”
And from what we’ve seen from her opening tour’s show, Cardi seems to be featuring a lot!
In one of the many stage outfits she changes into during the concert, Cardi wears a bejeweled red corset sporting a cone bra, accessorizing with black mesh stockings fitted with crystals. She also sports a sparkly bodysuit with cut-out details across its front, and a laced-up design at the back, creating quite the revealing G-string. In this outfit, Cardi’s long rose tattoo, stretching from her back to her booty, can be clearly seen.
Lest we don’t notice, Cardi B sports accessories like glittering Christian Louboutin thigh-high boots in the show.
Be it on a poster, in her infamous W.A.P. video, and often on stage, we can count on plenty of latex and other great looks from Cardi B in her new tour…and beyond.
